Amanda is a Certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor from Breathe Education. She is currently offering Mat Pilates classes in Goderich, Ontario.
Teaching in beautiful, historic buildings like East Street Cider and the Old Train Station, Amanda achieves a warm and welcoming group environment for clients of all levels. Focusing on improving strength and mobility, additional goals are to feel empowered in your body, have fun and enjoy the positive, uplifting environment - all while experiencing original and modified Pilates movements.
